Dr. Gilad Zlotkin is responsible for leading Radware?s Cloud strategy, product development, roadmap, and management solutions. Gilad's experience in cloud service delivery, virtualization operations management, network management and distributed systems has contributed to the development of Radware's Virtual Application Delivery Infrastructure (VADI) strategy and to the vDirect management solution for cloud integration. Prior to joining Radware, he was the founder and CEO of Xeround Systems, cloud database service provider. Gilad was also founder or was part of the funding management team in four other start-up companies, one became public (Nasdaq:RDVW) and two where acquired by industry leaders (Cisco Systems and Genesys/Alcatel). He was also the founding manager of the Cisco Systems` Software Development Center in Israel. Dr. Zlotkin is a former research fellow at MIT, holds a Bs.C in Mathematics and Computer Science, an Ms.C in Computer Science, and a Ph.D in Computer Science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
